Installation paths for starling4d on Android and iOS
We at starling4d support two main installation routes. Android users download and install our APK file directly to their device, while iOS users add our web app to their home screen via Safari. Both paths open the same slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), live-dealer tables, and sportsbook coverage.
Android APK installation
To install our starling4d app on Android, first enable "Unknown sources" in your device settings (Settings > Security > Unknown sources). Download the APK file to your device, then open it and tap Install. The app will request permissions for camera (KYC verification), location (regional tournaments), and notifications (tournament alerts and withdrawal updates). Accept these to complete setup.
iOS web app installation
On iOS, open Safari and visit starling4d.app. Tap the Share icon, then select "Add to Home Screen". Give the app a name (we suggest "starling4d") and tap Add. The app will appear as an icon on your home screen and will open in fullscreen mode, mimicking a native app experience without requiring an App Store download.
Installation walk-through: four steps
- Download the APK file (Android) or open Safari and navigate to starling4d.app (iOS).
- Install the app by accepting permissions (Android) or tapping Add to Home Screen (iOS).
- Open the app and sign in with your username and password, or create a new account if you are a first-time user.
- Complete KYC verification (upload ID and proof of address) and your first deposit to unlock slot tournaments and sportsbook access.
App vs. browser: why we built starling4d as a native experience
The starling4d app caches slot game assets and tournament schedules locally on your device, so tournaments load faster and continue to function even if your internet connection drops temporarily. Push notifications alert you to daily tournament starts, weekly Piala AFF coverage, Liga 1 fixture updates, and withdrawal confirmations—features that standard browser bookmarks cannot replicate. The app also stores your session data securely, so you don't need to re-enter credentials every time you open it. Our browser site remains fully functional and requires no installation, but the app provides a faster, more responsive experience with offline fallback and real-time alerts.
Device compatibility and system requirements
Our starling4d app runs on Android 7.0 (API 24) and later, and on iOS 12 and later. Most devices released in the past five years meet these requirements. If your device runs an older version, you can still access starling4d through a browser by visiting our site in Safari, Chrome, or your default mobile browser. We test the app on current and near-current flagship devices, but it works on budget and mid-range phones as well. Storage requirements are modest—typically under 50 MB for the APK and cached game data.
Common installation and troubleshooting notes
If you see a warning that the APK is from an unknown source (Android), this is expected because we distribute directly rather than through the Google Play Store. You must enable "Unknown sources" in Settings > Security to proceed. On iOS, if the web app does not open in fullscreen, ensure you are using Safari—other browsers like Chrome do not support the home-screen installation feature. If push notifications do not arrive, check your device's notification settings and confirm that starling4d has permission to send alerts. Clearing your app cache (Settings > Apps > starling4d > Storage > Clear Cache) often resolves login loops or blank screens. If the app crashes on launch, uninstall it, restart your device, and reinstall the latest APK or re-add the web app to your home screen.
